What were the challenges or opportunities that led you to consider this coaching?

As the owner of an SME with about ten employees, I started coaching with Hélène Benier in early 2023. I was struggling to transition from an independent who manages everything alone to a leader who delegates effectively and relies on the strengths of his team.

I used to delegate projects and tasks as I would have liked them to be delegated to me, but it was clear that this approach was far from optimal.

Hélène immediately impressed me with her interpretation of my Clifton Strengths profile. Naively believing that it would be yet another useless personality profile, I was astounded. Her analysis of the different characteristics of my profile quickly helped me understand the activities that recharged my energy and those that drained me.


Having a schedule overloaded with lunches and dinners that I generally found quite boring before the debriefing, understanding why I accepted or even sought these meetings allowed me to drastically free up my schedule. And to be available for truly exciting appointments.


Doing the Clifton Strengths profiles and their debriefings with Hélène helped me understand how each member of my team worked and, instead of being disappointed that they did not function exactly like me, to benefit from each person’s strengths and to communicate optimally with each of them according to their personality.

The atmosphere in the team immediately improved, and everyone has more pleasure in applying their strengths to the collective, feeling understood and valued.

Hélène has discernment and intuition that hit the mark every time, perceiving the real need behind the request, for the benefit of each participant. There has always been in her interventions the desire to reach an optimal solution for all those concerned. It is a quality and work ethic that particularly impressed me.

While I was the one who hired her, I expected her to take a position for me in various situations. However, she always prioritized the interests of the company, the efficiency, and the well-being of each person involved. She often proposed solutions that were not at all what the various parties had put forward, but very different, because thanks to her perspective and lack of personal interest, she had a vision with much more depth than those involved.

While I was very skeptical about the added value that Hélène could bring to me and my company, I have become extremely convinced and continue to regularly use her services, the return on investment being more than excellent. Whether it is for the efficiency of the solutions found, for the time saved due to the total absence of personal interest in the solution that will be chosen, her services are of very high quality and added value.

Of course, this opinion is highly personal and not universally applicable, however, I strongly encourage you to test her out. On a first project or a first situation, to form your own opinion of her laser-focused approach. It would really be a shame to miss out on such high-quality coaching.
