Three years of growth with Manentiel: A journey towards even bolder horizons

A celebration of growth and boldness

Exactly three years ago, Manentiel was launched. Today, I look back with pride at the path we’ve traveled, while I prepare, in the cold of winter, to welcome the spring, ready to envision the future with more breadth, width, and boldness. This period is a living testimony to our motto: “space to think, momentum to act.”

Sow a seed, reap a harvest

I am particularly grateful to all the managers and leaders who trust me to help them sow additional seeds in their professional garden, encouraging them to see further and bigger, providing them with the tools to navigate autonomously in their personal and professional transformation.

The beginning of each journey: a deep discussion, a Llstening

It all starts with a meeting, where I listen carefuly to what seems dormant or buried in my clients, aspirations just waiting to emerge. Together, we plant seeds, often without immediately knowing if they will germinate, when, or in what form. The key is to trust the process and to maintain our garden day after day, eliminating the weeds—those limiting beliefs and everything that prevents us from taking height—and welcoming everything that can catalyze our growth, often through the daily trials that challenge us. And yes, you don’t pull on the grass to make it grow!

Becoming the gardener of one’s own leadership

I find profound joy in being a gardener for each of my clients: seeding, digging, hoeing, pruning, grafting, watering, and protecting their potential and yet-to-be-discovered areas of leadership. It’s moving to see each one discover new seeds, unexpected talents that enrich their personal and professional garden and allow them to feel even more effective and projected into the future.

Every day, I witness transformations: each client has their own infinite field of possibilities to explore, and what a unique joy it is to see new seeds sprout, grow, bloom, and reveal themselves. Spring is truly on its way, reminding us of the words of Jacques Brel: “There are, it seems, scorched lands yielding more wheat than a better April.”

And you, how are your little seeds doing? Have you prepared the ground for a rich and productive spring? Are you ready to take height, to become the aeronaut of your own destiny, to find that “space to think and the momentum to act” in your personal and professional journey?
