What I Do Not Wish for You in 2026

I do not wish you
a year “full of projects”.
Nor a year “even more high-performing”.
Nor a year perfectly aligned by 5 January.

I do not wish you
to have everything figured out in advance,
to hold a clear twelve-month vision,
or to be ready immediately.

Because neither life,
nor your role as a leader,
works that way.

What I do wish for you, instead:

A sense of rightness,
to notice what is beautiful each day.

Discernment,
to recognise what truly nourishes you.

People,
with whom you can speak honestly, when you need to.

The capacity
to say no without having to justify yourself.

The audacity
to affirm your needs, your desires, your ambitions.

And the courage
to let go of what no longer reflects who you are.

I wish you
a year where you do not need to go faster,
but where you move at the pace that is right for you.

A year where the fog, if it returns,
is no longer an enemy,
but a signal to adjust your altitude.

As for me, I begin 2026
without grand promises.

Simply with the desire to continue bringing
presence, care and high standards
to the leaders and HR executives I accompany.

To support you in regaining
clarity,
inner freedom and inner safety,
lightness,
and sometimes… a different perspective
in moments of transformation.

And you —
what are you choosing not to promise yourself this year?
