I had the genuine privilege of being coached by Hélène in 2022.

At the time, I no longer knew which direction to take professionally — and as often happens, it was also affecting my personal life. With a degree in Human Resources and after holding various positions within several LVMH group companies, I was no longer sure of what truly motivated me in this field.

A quiet sense of weariness had gradually crept into my daily life, and I was blaming myself for this doubt, for losing my bearings.

Today, two more children have joined our family, and I’m a fulfilled father — and a happy HR Manager in a thriving SME.

Honestly and without hesitation, I believe that without Hélène’s support, I’d probably still be hunched over, rushing along a patch of Parisian pavement at 8 a.m., torn between my mind saying, “you’re lucky to be here” and my heart whispering, “you don’t belong here.”
